Some Artifact products are made to order. Please allow 2 - 5 business days for your order to ship.
You will receive an email with tracking info as soon as a shipping label is created. This may take up to 12 hours to be available.
International shipments may require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the buyer at package pickup, which are not covered in Artifact’s shipping rate. Please make sure to check with your local service or customs office to find out what fees may be before placing your order.
Artifact is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. Please be sure to double check when entering your shipping address at checkout. Any claims for lost or damaged merchandize need to be made with the respective carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
If you purchase a product directly from Artifact and you are not satisfied for any reason, return it to us in unused condition, within 30 days and we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product. Retailers may exchange within 60 days of receipt.
We honor 60 days for returns / exchanges for Holiday purchases between November 24 (Black Friday) through December 24th.
Vintage, custom, or sale items are final sale. Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
Any Artifact products purchased from a retail outlet should be returned to the original place of purchase.
