    Starting Pay: DOE
    Schedule: Part-Time (20+ week, Weekdays)
Growth Path: Opportunity to grow into a full-time production role

    Overview

ARTIFACT is hiring a Production Assistant to support our in-house manufacturing team.

This is hands-on production work focused on hardware installation, die cutting, leather strap cutting, fabric spreading, and cutting operations. The work is structured, physical, repetitive, and detail-driven.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with tools and materials and can produce consistent, accurate results within established systems.

This position reports to our Head of Operations.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Independently lifting and moving materials up to 50 lbs
    • Assisting with team lifts of large fabric rolls (100+ lbs total weight)

This role is best suited for someone comfortable with steady, physical work throughout the day.

After training and once quality standards are consistently met, team members may listen to music or podcasts using one earbud while working.

    How We Work

Production days are steady and physical. We move with focus, maintain quality standards, and support each other as a small team.
