What is your "lifetime guarantee"?
Artifact stands behind our craftsmanship by offering a lifetime guarantee on defects in workmanship and materials on all Artifact-made products. This does not cover normal wear, accidents, or neglect. If the product was purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact the retailer with valid proof of purchase. Otherwise, contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and we will repair or replace the item based on our determination.

We only offer repairs for Artifact-made products.

When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2 - 3 business days and we are unable to offer expedited shipping at this point.
What shipping methods do you use?
We ship USPS (US Mail Priority or First Class) but will use preferred carriers for stockists and bulk orders.

How long does a refund take?
We process a refund immediately upon receipt of a returned item. Your bank may take 3-10 days to process.
Do you make custom / bespoke products?
Not for individual orders but we always consider special projects for larger orders.

Can you add custom logos?
Yes. We offer custom debossed logos directly applied to leather, or applied to a sewn leather patch. We can also source woven labels. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for inquiries.
