We primarily use USPS but can use preferred carriers for stockists and bulk orders.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
No. We are small batch and handmade. Our inventory ebbs and flows.

How long does a refund take?
We process a refund immediately upon receipt of a returned item. Your bank may take 3-10 days to process.
Do you do make custom / bespoke products?
Not for individuals but we consider special projects for larger orders when time permits.

Yes, we can add a custom debossed leather logo. We do not have capabilities for machine embroidery. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for inquiries.
What is your guarantee?
Artifact stands behind our craftsmanship by offering a lifetime guarantee on defects in workmanship and materials. This does not cover normal wear, accidents, or neglect. If the product was purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact the retailer with valid proof of purchase. Otherwise, contact email@example.com with your order number, and we will repair or replace the item based on our determination.
