The all-leather tote is a timeless classic. Its uncomplicated silhouette and versatility make it equally suited to work, travel, and everyday life.

With the No.190, we wanted to create a bag that allows the leather itself to take center stage. We chose full-grain Horween leather for its natural character, rich texture, and ability to develop a distinctive patina over time.

Unlike heavily corrected or coated leathers, which are processed to create a uniform appearance, our leather retains its natural grain and the subtle variations that make each hide unique. Rather than concealing these characteristics, we embrace them. With use, the leather softens, deepens in color, and develops a patina that reflects its owner's daily life.

We kept the design deliberately simple, allowing the materials, proportions, and craftsmanship to speak for themselves.

Cut, sewn, and assembled in small batches at our Omaha studio, the No.190 is a bag designed to become more personal with age.

Leather: Full-grain, vegetable-tanned Horween leather from Chicago, Illinois, with matching vegetable-tanned bridle leather handles.
Lining: Durable, 100% cotton double-fill canvas.
Brown: Hand-aged solid brass hardware.
Black: Stainless steel hardware.

Our vegetable-tanned leather is produced using traditional tanning methods and develops a rich patina with use. Natural variations in grain, texture, and color are inherent characteristics of the material and make each bag unique.

Care

Leather: Our leathers are conditioned at the tannery and require little maintenance under normal use. Wipe clean with a damp cloth as needed. Avoid soaking the leather. If it becomes wet, allow it to dry naturally, away from direct heat and sunlight. Additional conditioning is generally unnecessary with normal use.

Cotton Lining: Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid detergents and allow to air dry.
