Processing Times
Most in-stock orders ship within several business days.
Monogrammed, personalized, and made-to-order products typically require additional production time before shipment. Estimated lead times are listed on the relevant product pages.
Our studio operates Monday through Friday and is closed on weekends and major holidays.
Shipping Methods
We ship domestic orders via USPS and UPS depending on the destination, package size, and selected service level.
Available shipping options are displayed during checkout.
Free standard shipping is available for qualifying U.S. orders over $150.
Please note that carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary by location, weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping methods reduce transit time but do not bypass production lead times.
Monogrammed, personalized, and made-to-order products are not eligible for expedited processing.
If you have a deadline-sensitive order, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to advise.
Order Changes
If you need to update your shipping address or modify your order, please email us as soon as possible.
Our team begins processing orders quickly, and while we will do our best to accommodate changes before shipment, we cannot guarantee modifications once fulfillment has begun.
Tracking Information
You will receive:
- An order confirmation email after purchase
- A separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped
If you do not receive confirmation emails, please check your spam or promotions folder.
International Shipping
ARTIFACT ships internationally to many countries.
International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges required by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are collected separately by the carrier or customs authority.
Transit times for international shipments can vary significantly depending on destination and customs processing.
Delivered Packages
If your tracking information shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking around your property and with neighbors
- Verifying the shipping address on your order
- Contacting the carrier directly
- Allowing an additional 24–48 hours, as some carriers prematurely mark packages as delivered
While we will do our best to assist, ARTIFACT is not responsible for stolen or misdelivered packages once marked delivered by the carrier.
