OUR SHIPPING POLICY:
1. We solely ship via USPS or UPS based off our preference.
2. We are unable to offer expedited shipping.
3. Shipping hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM – 5PM CTZ.
4. Allow 1 - 3 business days for us to process and fulfill your order.
5. You will receive an email with tracking info as soon as a shipping label is created. If you do not receive an email within 1 - 3 business days of purchase, please check your spam folder, as your email setting may have blocked receipt.
6. International shipments - may require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the buyer at package pickup, which are not covered in ARTIFACT’s shipping rate. Please make sure to check with your local service or customs office to find out what fees may be before placing your order.
7. In our experience UPS / USPS will periodically mark a package as "delivered" prematurely. In most instances the package arrives within a day or two.
8. ARTIFACT is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. Please be sure to double check when entering your shipping address at checkout. Any claims for lost or damaged merchandize need to be made by the customer with USPS.
9. Postage for returns and exchanges is paid by the buyer.
