ARTIFACT Shipping Policy
1. We ship via USPS and UPS (No FedEx).
2. We are unable to offer expedited shipping.
3. Shipping hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM – 5PM CTZ.
4. Please allow 1 - 3 business days for your order to ship.
5. You will receive an email with tracking info as soon as a shipping label is created. This may take up to 12 hours to be available. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder, as your email setting may have blocked receipt.
6. International shipments may require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the buyer at package pickup, which are not covered in ARTIFACT’s shipping rate. Please make sure to check with your local service or customs office to find out what fees may be before placing your order.
7. ARTIFACT is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. Please be sure to double check when entering your shipping address at checkout. Any claims for lost or damaged merchandize need to be made by the customer with USPS.
8. We are unable to ship UPS to a PO Box and will default to shipping USPS.
9. Postage for returns and exchanges is paid by the buyer.
