Shipping Methods:
- Free US shipping – Allow up 7 business days for delivery (For Orders $150+)
- Standard – Allow up 7 business days for delivery
- Expedited – Ships the following business day
We ship best method via USPS or UPS. The shipping carrier offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the item(s) selected.
Expedited delivery to rural and remote locations may require an additional 1–2 business days.
Monograms and made-to-order products are not available for expedited shipping.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation after you place your order, and a separate email with tracking info as soon as a shipping label is created. If you do not receive an email within 1 - 3 business days of purchase, please check your spam folder, as your email setting may have blocked receipt.
Duties & Taxes
International shipments may require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the buyer at package pickup, which are not covered in ARTIFACT’s shipping rate. Please make sure to check with your local service or customs office to find out what fees may be before placing your order.
Packages Marked As “Delivered” But Not Received
If your package shows "delivered" status on tracking confirmation but you did not receive it:
1. Check around the perimeter of your home in the event the package was discretely left by your carrier. Also, check with your neighbors.
2. Wait one business day, as the carrier may have prematurely marked the package as delivered.
3. If one business day has passed and the package has not appeared, go to your local post office and make an inquiry regarding the exact GPS location the package was delivered to.
