Like many, I drink water all day, every day. It made sense to design an ARTIFACT carrying solution, ideally for when I'm hiking and fly fishing - where a water bottle needs to be simultaneously accessible and out of the way.

We thought of all the types of individuals who carry a water bottle (there are many!), and expanded our bottle sleeve's features to include: Velcro straps (inspired by the US military's MOLLE system) to attach to a pack, a bicycle, a canoe thwart, a stroller or wagon, a belt, and countless more scenarios.

A retractable collar was added to securely accommodate longer bottle sizes. It can be folded back into the sleeve for quick bottle access. We also added a removable shoulder strap, and nylon web attachment points for keys, phone pouch, etc.
