Our earliest No.2020 non-medical masks have nosepieces made from round galvanized wire. Although this material is effective in creating a tight mask seal, it is not as comfortable as our current flat aluminum nosepiece.
You can replace your wire nosepiece with an aluminum nosepiece using a household seam ripper.
